employment.biz, published by Webhaus LLC, is supported by affiliate commissions. This page explains how.
Affiliate links
Some links on this site lead to products sold by other companies: payroll services, legal-document and business-formation services, background-check services, electronic-signature services, and books about employment law and hiring. If you buy or sign up through one of those links, the site may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Articles that contain affiliate links say so near the first such link, and the links are marked as sponsored in the page’s code.
As of October 2026 the site has applied to, or plans to apply to, the affiliate programs of Gusto, LegalZoom, a background-check vendor, an e-signature vendor and Amazon. This page lists each program once the site is accepted. Until then the site carries no affiliate links.
- Amazon Associates. As an Amazon Associate, Webhaus LLC (employment.biz) earns from qualifying purchases.
What commissions do not change
A page that mentions a payroll, document or background-check service also says, from the vendor’s own published pages and the agency’s rules, what the service does not do and when it is the wrong tool, and names the free official route beside it: the agency’s own portal, the IRS’s free filing options, the state’s free training course. The site describes what each service states about itself and its price as of a stated date. It does not rate services, does not publish “best of” lists, and does not say which one to use.
What the site never links for money
The site never earns anything from a link to an attorney, a law firm, an accountant or an HR consultant, never sells leads or referrals, and never passes a reader’s information to anyone.
